What an awesome pickup! I just flew with a guy sitting on an all original 95 with 62K on it. I nearly bit his hand off. After pestering him for our 11 hour flight, I settled on first refusal lol.

Wonderful car you have there, with lots of enthusiast smiles to come!! What is the production date.....looks like one of the first off the line! Ours is 3/94 and we're in the midst of evaluating what we want to do to restore as well as to preserve! We did purchase new door cards and $$ well spent!!

Thanks guys for all the comments! I’m currently enjoying my vacation at the Jersey Shore aka Wildwood Crest with my family! It looks like I have some cosmetic things to change. If anyone has any good links to share I would appreciate it.

The production date on the car is 03/94.

Have a fun vacation! Take a look at the last five digits of your vin number! You have one of the first arrivals to the USA! Mine is 00352!! While fantastic to have a first arrival, parts can be a bit challenging depending on what it is. These e36 M3's evolved and changes were made over time. Here is a reference link-

If you replace the door panels, then do yourself a favor and get one with real leather inserts, not vinyl.

I don't doubt that, but that's part of having a time capsule

They are not available, he would need all four ($$$$) and they not original to the build sheet.

It's not like Vinyl are that bad...

If they are NLA the rest is irrelevant I guess.

I never said vinyl was that bad, but between those two, I'd pick leather.

I know they are not original to the build sheet, but neither are the later style vaders. Which wouldn't be a bad upgrade.
