Angry Passenger Window *CLUNK*

I thought I had kissed these problems goodbye when I sold my previous car, an Audi. However I seem to have the same problem as I had back then.

The passenger window clunks as if it is sticking/snagging when it goes up and down. It also develops a nice grease spot on the glass after a few go-arounds.

Anyone else had this problem? Know what it is? How to fix?

Thanks!

-Adam

I had a clunk sound when my passenger window was rolling down. Had the guys look at it when I took it in for service, and they adjusted the rubber stop on the window. As for the grease spot I am not sure.

Both of my windows clunk or make almost a popping sound when they go down. My passenger window rattles when it is half way down as well. It is totally annoying. I wonder if there is a simple fix?

Usually clicks or clunks on the way down is a regulator issue

Hey fellas

Same thing is happening to my driver side window...kinda happened on the passenger side, but its much worse on the driver side. That popping or "getting snagged on something" kind of noise. I first thought it might have to do with with me replacing my door trim (noise started after i took off the panel and put the Titan Shadow trim). APparently this is a wide spread issue, so I will guess against it being my fault.

Either way, I have an appointment with the stealership next Tuesday, so I will report back!

Should be a rubber regulator issue... had that replaced last year for the clunking noise.
