Thumbs up OEM Color (3000k) AE's

I have MYCARR AE's on my car for a year or so now and they are 5-6k color with matching HID Bulbs. As the E46 m3 ages gracefully i feel we need to go back to the OEM look in some cases. I often got inquiries from my customers for oem 3k yellow colored LED Angel eyes and finally KHOALTY came to the rescue by releasing their new yellow AE's.

My car being black I also felt going away from the OEM HID color and going a bit JDM with 3000k colored HID bulbs to match the 3K LED AE's. I got me a set of those from KHOALTY as well as I have been using his 5K bulbs on my car for 3 years!

Here are some pics of the new 3000k AE's:

Nice packaging and wiring harness that comes with everything you need to install the new AE's

New replaceable clip design which makes fitting on car with Bi-Xenon more easier and more flush inside the headlight reflector housings.

Here are the AE Rings with 70+ LEDs......Notice the silver backing on the rings.

I am a very picky person and I have never been disappointed with KHOALTY's products. I will be installing these in the coming days as well and will post pics immediately and I wont be holding back on listing the PRO's and CON's once im done

Interesting. I think the 3000k AE's will look good, can't wait to see pictures. Are you concerned about the 3000k HID bulbs being too yellow causing reduced night time visibility? It'll be like driving with fog lights as low beams..

300k is very yellow, I have that as foglights. 4300 is OEM and should be what you're looking for. However, I think you're right in looking for angel eyes to match the OEM look of the current 5/3/1 series. I like the yellow look but am partial to my 60k angel eyes/head lights. Please post lots of pics after install.

Congrats on the purchase. Post up some installed pictures when you get a chance.

On a side note, the silver backing does nothing but cover the back. Those LEDs are directional unlike the CCFL tubing which bleeds light in every direction.
