Default Tuning for headers

After installing megan racing headers in an otherwise stock car, I began looking at coding out the post cat O2 sensors.

Since I will be downloading tuning software, I wanted to ask if anyone on here has tuned JUST for headers. I feel like I am leaving power on the table by not getting a tune earlier. A bigger fear is that the car might be running too lean/rich for an extended period of time causing either oil dilution or other damage at track days.

I plan to see imbalances in the AFR/lambda and fuel trim. Has anyone tuned specifically for just headers? Can anyone who's dealt with the matter chime in on what I could expect to find?

Thanks,
