I was taking pictures and he stopped by me to see this car. After few minutes conversation he asked me if he can take some pictures and record video exhaust sound lol

i would guesstimate at low 30's. anything above that and you're looking at buyers who want a near stock car with mods that are OEM+.

Why do people think aftermarket parts are an investment? All that stuff you mentioned, adds absolutely $0 value to the car. To some, it decreases value. $40k is laughable for a 100k mile e46, especially one that's boosted and likely been driven hard. I would have!

I'd say mid 20s to low 30s. In its current condition, with all the aftermarket panels and blower etc. You're limiting yourself to niche buyers. glws.
