The only reason people say the 2jz is heavy is because of the v160 and the stock twin turbos are close to 120 lbs if i remember correct. But both with same trans and turbo setup should be very close.

My E36 with 2jz single turbo with A/C and everything when i put it in the scales was lighter than a stock M3 so it cant be that heavy.
