Default electrical undervolt, abs disabled msg, traction disable msg, service reqd msg

A couple of months ago I experienced a series of messages / symptoms multiple times on my E93 w/90k miles:

- keyfob would not unlock car, had to use mechanical key
- ABS disabled (reported on screen)
- traction control disabled (reported on screen)
- electrical undervolt (reported by my radar detector)

All these would be reported, then the next time I entered / started the car all was normal. This happened multiple times in a row, then finally one day, the car would not start at a gas station, so I had the dealer replace the battery and all was well.

Two months later, all the symptoms have returned and this time the car died while running, pulling into a parking lot.

I purchased the car at 75k miles so I don't know its history. It has another 9 months or so of extended warranty from EasyCare, so, I'm hoping the dealer will identify the root cause of the problem rather than just replacing the battery again.

Anybody seen this or can otherwise provide clues as to the actual root problem?
