Default any alternative to planet-bmw.net ?

ive used http://www.bmw-planet.net/diagrams/r.../e46/index.htm

religiously for wiring diagrams for modules mainly swaps.

looking to convert MS43 to MS45.1 by swapping in my old ZHP engine 6 speed combo into a new MS43 wagon I just picked up.

was going to compare x60004 between both styles and see what needed to be repinned but planet bmw is finally having issues.

this is why i saved the diagrams used in the past for MSS54, MS42 and MS45 in my google drive sheets but never looked at 43 to save.

i guess its just a waiting game to see if they come back up or sourcing a WDS DVD or File online to download.

Newtis.info is what I’ve been using. It’s a bit less organized, but compatible with modern browsers, including mobile.

Also keep in mind the MS45 pinout is not accurate for non sulev cars. I found the pinout listed under the m54 x3 is accurate for E46 purposes

Iíd buy a CD from eBay. They run a VM and then open the WDS in a much older version of Windows.

Newtis definitely doesn't have nearly the amount of wiring info that WDS has, although, it has all the TSB / tech note stuff that WDS does not have. What with him letting that site expire every month or two lately (he must be on a monthly payment plan w/ his hosting provider...) indeed I've been intending to get the disc myself. Looked for a torrent but they are all bogus or in non-English languages etc. so there doesn't seem to be a good source 'in the wild' at the moment.

I’ve found very little in the old WDS that truly isn’t in newtis - it’s just often extremely unintuitive to find the odd diagram or pinout.
