There has been some hinting that military/diplomatic sales makes a difference. Any suggestions? At this point I have an order in with Pentagon. They have not responded to questions about "special order" paint.
Thanks
Ask for Mathias Hemmer at Pentagon...tell him that Naseem sent you.

Be prepared to pay the Individual Paint price for a non-standard color.

Default Thanks

I appreciate that. Is he the only one who can do it? My current sales person is Terry Haverty. What is the individual paint price? Thanks
P.S. Are you still drivin' a BMW individual?
I know this isn't very individual. I just don't seem to like the space gray or the bluish tint to the silverstonne II

Terry Mo(sp) is familiar with the program as well...I'm unsure if he is still there.

Yep I'm still driving mine from time to time...has about 7,000 miles on the odometer THREE YEARS LATER! Best of luck to you!

most likely. Although towards the end of the E46 production BMW got extra strict with allowing individual colors into the US, they are bringing it back so the likelyhood of your question is probably pretty good.

Question Phoenix yellow

Hey crew, i live here in the usa and spoke to the Bmw dealer here in my area and they said i can still order the new m3 in phoenix yellow even though that color does not appear to be a standard color of choice for the new M...i read somewhere on the forum that this color will not be approved by the makers of Bmw...i wonder why and if so, is the dealer in my area misinformed and if so, do i have to then buy the new M, then get the paint stripped, then get it repainted phoenix yellow here in the usa....man i was just hoping to order this baby with the color i love...phoenix yellow all the way...MWJ!!!

You should be able to get it in Phoenix Yellow. I don't see why not. Just get them to contact BMW NA to get it approved.
