Default New M3 (well to me it is)

Hay just purchased my first M3. 97 S52 found it hiding in CA. It’s the only one that I could find that was not a million dollars or highly modded. Drove it all the way back to Texas with no problem. Put my reader on the OBD II and it needed new O2s and new cats not bad for $5000 but the only thing is that the car has 219000 miles on it, is there any thing that I should just go ahead and replace.
