I’m no engineer, but I could imagine it’s the same effect as solid bushings. Then more force is put in the chassis, which you could feel.
By stiffening the chassis, you take away some flex, now on the chassis side, with the same end result.

You can try to explain it normally without childish pics, like you proof you can in the same post. So guy x say something wrong, you explain how it is. They guy y does the same, repeat the process.

Back in the days people loved the x brace because it protects the undercarriage components.
It stiffens up the chassis on my old 325is considerably but I did not notice too much of difference in terms of ride. Jon

I had the X-brace delivered two or three days after receiving my car...my first mod. I hope you didn't uninstalled yours and didn't install that original piece of straight pipe as BMW warned not to drive the vehicle without it.
