Default Error Code 59 - NO START

So my M3 won't start. I found error code 59 keeps coming back when running a diagnosis using INPA. I finally looked closely at it and realized it says it one area "brake pedal not depressed". I have another thread going on related to this, but I just noticed this specific issue and wanted to see where to go from here before I change the SMG pump like I initially thought may be the issue. I unplugged the PLCD sensor before and got the car to start. The car had a lot of codes when I plugged it back in, but after clearing and attempting to start it again, the only code that persists regardless of whether the PLCD sensor is plugged in or not is code 59 - clutch control.

I saw your video on YouTube. I'm not sure what code 59 means. How is your clutch looking? If you unplugged the GPS and the car started up then I would assume the GPS is the issue.

A shop told me it was the pump. They are reputable, and I truly believe they think it is the pump, but I just went through monitoring it using INPA. Hydraulic pressure is good. The sensor I unplugged is actually the PLCD sensor I believe. The only bad values on INPA are when I view the section with the Clutch Position Sensor value. It reads something like !65000(that's not a typo). It is over 65000 and has the '!' mark in front.

A bad clutch could cause a no start issue for SMG transmissions. Happened to me. Had around 190K miles on it. Changed the clutch and flywheel.
Don't think a bad SMG pump would cause the no start.

That is what I originally thought. I bought a clutch kit and took the car to a local shop. I had scheduled an assessment before they did any work to verify, and they said it was the pump. I took the car back and started to pull the pump when I decided to run INPA and look at active values. Previously I had only looked at error codes. The only error code is 59, and the only thing that appears wrong is Clutch Position is measuring at !65408 +/- a couple. Also clutch biting point is measured at 130(which idk if that is good or bad). Every other active value and test, such as the gear selection test, came back good. I thought about changing the slave cylinder.

Yup, how many miles on your clutch? Seems like your pump is priming as it should to me. Try re teaching the clutch and see if it passes the test.

Approximately 147k. I believe it's the original clutch. There was never an issue before. Drove fine and then my wife said it started to jerk and stall so she pulled over and turned it off. Then it wouldn't start again. Today I started to bleed the system, but it took longer than the timer had said, so I cancelled. I wasn't sure if that was normal or not. I can't do a full relearn since the car only starts when the plcd is unplugged. I was under the impression at some point the car had to be level with engine running.

Just an update. I have a slave cylinder on order. Attached is the only negative reading on INPA.
