Default SMG module--trouble going back to stock after 255 flash

Anyone tried to go back to stock on their SMG module after doing the CSL flash? I'm returning my 2003 coupe back to stock--both hardware and software. I did the 255 flash without any difficulty. I'm using the same daten files and same version of WinKFP.

I selected 7843254 (which I believe to be the stock US version). Upon flashing it I got a 701 error.

Looking though the GDSMG2 folder (screenshot attached), I can confirm that I do not see a file corresponding to 7843254. What doesn't make sense to me is that I used these same daten files to flash the 255 in the first place and I also don't see it listed in the GDSMG2 folder.

Any thoughts?

Thanks guys. The collective knowledge on this forum is invaluable.
