Default How to change cluster coding index?

I have an early 01 M3 cluster (21h) that I want to change the coding index. Can someone point me to where this is located?

Thanks!

Edit; got it, thanks Mirza

would be awesome if you put the answer in here so we can keep a history of how to do these things.

i know i can do it thanks to Mirza help for changing coding index 23 and 24 h to 08 coding index so that I can enable the cluster coding data section to change tire scaling but it doesnt work the same for coding index 21 or 22 when i tried.
