Default Considering an 05 M3 with 9k miles from Germany

Iíve found a private seller thatís selling his M3 with 9k miles for 11,000 USD, off the bat it seems too good to be true. However the car is in Germany, heís willing to cover the shipping costs and is willing to ship the vehicle over for testing and inspection through a company called D&P. He originally bought the car in the US so registering it here shouldnít be a problem and thankfully the car looks amazing with all service records. Should I go through with it or is this a plain out scam?

Where do you find cars like that for sale in Germany?

Clearly a scam of some sort, but you should probably give us all of the information so we can check it out for you :-)

Seriously though it sounds way too good to be true. No way a car like that isn't being sold for huge money unless it is an relative/relative sale.
