Default Any ideas on my CEL?

I just replaced my ignition coils with new ones and flushed out my cooling system and when I took it out for a drive afterward a CEL came on as soon as I turned the key. Idle is smooth and fine, and there is no misfires at WOT or anything like that. The only thing that's different is there is a new clicking sound coming from under the hood and it's rate of clicking is relative to the RPM of the car. Any thoughts on what I should be checking for first?

I would first pull the coils and double check the torque on all the spark plugs.

I checked the plugs and they're all torqued properly.

Eh, get yourself to almost any auto parts place and read the codes? Failing that, find someone with a code reader.

It could easily be a post hoc, ergo, propter hoc deal.

(rough translation, just because you did something, doesn't mean it caused something else.)

It was very late at the time of post so that wasn't an option yet lol. I'm actually going to go get the code pulled in a few and am hoping it's nothing to worry about.

I appreciate the offer, though the light went away the following morning on its own. So I'm not sure what it was.
