Default Question on Value of a complete S14 engine

A friend bought his e30 m3 from the original owner back in the 90's, and the car came with two engines, a 2.5 evo 3 brand new in the crate, and the original s14....here's the thing. It has 8k original documented miles. I am wondering what you guys think this engine would be worth, and even what the evo 3 engine might be worth.120k some odd miles on the evo engine and the m3.

Thanks!
