Another here too... been wanting to try for a while after doing E36 seats years ago and saw results there (was repair/redye there though too)

my wheel was awful and shiny, also had paint from the previous owner in a couple of spots... now looks great but the areas with paint I had to work a little too hard, shows minor wear (so be careful with these things)

also took it lightly to the surface of my wood trim, looks great now after following with some polish too

That girl had to be super ugly to be wearing all that makeup. Hose her down and see what she really looks like!

Tried it out today, my steering wheel wasn't as much dirty as it was just smoothed out. It has been driving me nuts that my wheel didn't have the same feel as my last M3. Either way the magic eraser really helped get some garbage up but the surface isn't like a brand new wheel, almost has an alcantara feel but none the less it still feels much better and will hold off my desire to buy a new wheel immediately. It did make the stitching really pop back out again though!

Well worth the $2 spent.

did mine last night, this realy does work. Even if your wheel isnt dirty do it anyways. Youll see how dirty it really was

I don't understand why anybody would even suggest for you to get a new wheel or try other cleaning methods. The results were perfect I'm going to do this today. Great work.

Because the Magic Eraser is abrasive and should only be used as a last resort.

Makes sense. I see. I tried it and it got my leather to about 80% and stitching perfect.
