Default 255/40-18 or 265/35-18 and what tires to use for DD?

Currently running PSS 255/35-18 on 18x9.5 et22 all around with -2 degree camber with no problems
Would like to get more sidewall which size & tires should i go for and why?

Use the 255s if you want more sidewall.

Use the 265s if you want bit more grab.

Will 255/40s fit up front?

Id just go with whatever is size is cheaper.

265/35/18 is most popular for a "9 or 9.5" square setup from what I've read from those that track.

Tires for street only, Michelin pss or ps4. Maybe cups or some other higher temp tire if you only do 5k a yr or less.

Dont see why not since Im currently running 255/35 with zero problems.
My track setup is square 275/35-18
