Default M6 HELP!!! (Inspection 1 & 2)

Sorry for my ignorance.

Ive own an e46 M3 and had inspection 1 and 2 done by 60,000 miles.

I was looking a a 2007 M6 at a dealership and asked for the service records. The records show Inspection 1 was NEVER done and it has 80,000 miles on it.

The dealership (salesmen) insist it was done (even though the Inspection 1 code doesnt show up on the records) and they tell me inspection II is not due yet. They say it isnt based off of mileage but how you drive the car.

Am I being fed a bunch of BS or is what they say true??

How can it have 80,000 miles and inspection II not be due yet??

Thanks for any help.
