Default S54 Vanos Info Thread

Thanks. Most of the timing kits come with them. You could easily make some if you knew the thickness. I can measure mine for you when I get home.

ECSTUNING has them for $20.

SWEET! That's good to know that you can double up. Do it once. Cry once.

To clarify, you either use your oil pump disc with original holes with turbo toy hub (which has slightly larger tabs), or you use a redrilled disc with smaller holes and original hub. You don't really double up. The main problem you are solving is that original oil pump disc holes are slightly too large for original hub tabs. So you can either put larger tabs in it (turbotoy) or use smaller holes. Hope this makes sense.

Yep that is correct.

The Beisan oil pump disk has 4 holes.
2 small holes which would be used with the OEM hub.
2 regular size holes that you can use the Turbo Toy hub.

If your exhaust hub is ok (No tabs broken) get the Beisan oil pump disc with the smaller holes.

If the exhaust hub tabs are broken get the TT Hub and reuse the stock oil pump disc. That is if it's not completely mangled.
