Default Interior B Pillar Trim

I'm the original owner of my E36 M3 2 door, and have maintained it almost obsessively for the past 21+ years -- when stuff breaks, I replace it. But, I'm experiencing a problem: The left B pillar interior black plastic trim piece on my car is disintegrating. I'm guessing it was cracked -- when the headliner was replaced; possibly when the headliner was dropped shortly thereafter to replace the sunroof cassette (necessitated by bs work by the shop that replaced the headliner); or maybe when I replaced the door seal. Real OEM no longer lists a part number for this trim piece; and, GetBMWParts.com tells me the factory no longer shows it as available. This amazes me, considering the fact that all US E36 2 doors had this piece; but, ...

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find a left B pillar interior black plastic trim piece? (If I can, I'll probably get and replace the right as well -- if the left is toast (and it is), the right can't be too far behind).

Actually Real OEM lists that ^ part as for the compact only (did you get them in the US?) and I'd say it won't fit the coupe.

It looks like the correct parts are 51438151405 (L) and 51438151406 (R) for a coupe and they're significantly more expensive.

Real OEM does list them but it's not clear from the diagram (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=51_2039) exactly what the part is. A Google image search throws up what looks to be the correct part.

Please verify yourself before purchasing.

Ah, you are correct. ECS has both of these too, $60 each though.
