Doubt you can get $4k for it unless you are being deceptive about the damage.

I’m shocked that was $2600.

Part it out.

True, don't be that guy.

Pull the power train and whatever you can from the interior and scrap that shit.

THAT guy is most anyone selling an E36 now on the low to mid price point. So many shady people I dealt with and they all lie. It's not even the stuff they covered up, the OBVIOUS ones I specifically asked about. Wasted so much time...

Definitely pass. I'd be an awful used car salesman.

Shocked that it wasn't higher? I talked him down quite a bit.

There's one guy around Houston and Dallas that all the e36s groups locally are having to red flag because he keeps trying to move this rusty M3 with a swapped odometer and ****ed up engine. The guy I bought my M3 from obviously was trying to play a similar game but he knew it had issues that couldn't be hidden and I made sure to point them out.

like others have stated, don't be that guy. Karma always come back around tbh.

If you have the spare time you can easily part out the car and make a good profit.

No, lol. The seller made out well on you. Iíve paid a lot less (on several occasions) for a lot more.

Youíll hit 4k parting it out. Iíd recommend that route.

Keep in mind I did get $500 in brand new suspension with it. I seriously doubt he "made out" with much on a $2100 sale.

Sell it for whatever you can get, even if less than what you paid. Parting a car is a hard and time consuming process. Not for everyone.
