Angry E36 M3 Fuel Trims stuck at -8.1

Hey guys I own a 1998 M3 coupe and I continue getting Fuel deviation codes for both banks. I've replaced both pre cat o2 sensors, cvv w/ hoses, maf, and intake boot. Before I replaced the o2 sensors only codes i had were for them. Now that they're replaced I have the fuel deviation codes and when I look at live data all readings from o2 and maf are correct but when I go to the fuel trims they're stuck. I have Noticed I'm going through fuel alot faster recently, PLEASE any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

Does it matter is the pre-cat sensors are reversed? Asking 'cause I don't know if that could be an issue.

It matters, yes. Front header to rear harness plug and rear header to front harness plug.

Yeah I've confirmed the O2 sensors are connected to the correct location

The S50b32 is a euro only engine, does your software recognize the US S52 engine?

That’s a Snap-On unit. It’s reading through the OBD2 port. Euro cars don’t even have that. Every OBD2 outputs the same, it’s a set standard. The values are likely showing correctly.
