Swapped out the stock chrome surround/chrome slats grill with the chrome surround/black slats grill. Not sure I like these as they contrast with the stock chrome side slats.

I brought my M3 project car to the body shop today. The passenger fender, bumper, headlight area needs work to make everything line up properly. He said that the strut towers were pulling away from the fender rails (or whatever they are called). He thinks this is also why the alignment shop said they couldn't adjust the camber properly. Looks like I'll will cost me around $1000 to tighten everything up and make it millimeter perfect.

Replaced my hood vent with an OEM one and swapped out my windshield washer pump. I was getting really low pressure until I swapped the hood vent...then it worked like a charm!!! Had the tank exposed anyways and had the new motor so figured what the hell. It was $10. Iíll never understand why people put garbage parts on these cars.

Also started removing the wrap....

One M3 to rule them all...

Discovered the sheet metal around one of my front sway bar brackets/studs has torn out. Explains why my steering response/handling has felt like trash during quick, back-and-forth directional changes as of late.

I find it odd that no one sells reinforcement brackets [seperately] when this is a fairly well-documented / common issue. Stock springs of course, but I had it set to medium, not stiff.

Sway bar issue aside, a buddy and I took our Ms up to the mountains today. Made a visit to Mount Mitchell- highest point east of the Mississippi, and drove some epic roads!
