Wouldn't an X (a real X, not the 2 into 1 back to 2) be better than the h pipe for our 8,200+ screamers? I say 8200+ assuming most people doing this mod would be making big power and have extended redlines.

@Tbone TBH it showed no difference on muscle cars with 6500 rev limit. My car certainly feels happiest between 8 and 8500. Not sure if thats due to the X or not. But i would say not. Simply because it's about volume and velocity not rpm. At 6500 the v8 is making similar if not more power, so if it were advantageous it would show there too

Also I'm not resonated and I have ZERO RASP. I had forgotten that the s54 rasps in the first place. Its definately louder than a comparable 60mm setup.

If you don't have V1 stepped or Epic headers, cams, and CSL intake (or maybe the Eventuri), you're probably better off with the single pipe previous version. This is useful if you're pushing into the ~340+ SAE dynojet rwhp range

Once you said this was going into production I sold my one piece SS X pipe immediately.

That and Hassan was bugging me to get rid of it for months since from his research even stock produces more power.
