Hey guys. I bought a new f80 and am onto modding that. So up for sale is my jet black 2009 e92 m3 DCT with 116k (really 38k with new motor.) It is heavily modded and is a great car. I actually like many things more than the f80 but I went all in with the F80 so it's time to see the e92 go to a good home. If you guys know me, I'm a freak with my cars and it looks pretty much new. I only use griots products and the paint is amazing.

The options on the car are DCT, EDC, heated full electric memory seats, ski bag, homelink, power folding mirrors, rear parking sensors, Nav, xenon moving lights, combox, HD audio, Premium sound, voice activated, Aux, USB, satellite, extended leather, carbon leather trim,

I do not want to part the car so please DO NOT ASK. Price is $37.5k OBO. I don't need the money, so please kindly no crazy lowballs.

The reason for selling other than the new f80 is it was misdiagnosed with a blown bottom end on the original motor. As such, I sourced and installed a 2010 donor motor and dct with 38k on them and have documentation for same. I changed out the rod bearings with BE bearings and ARP bolts. These are .125 larger on top end and are THE only bearings you should use. The car runs awesome. It has extensive mods below. I also have a spreadsheet of everything. I'm only asking exactly half price for all mods and asking FMV for the rims/tires as they're new, bolts and bearings, and blower kit which I think is super fair. ALSO I'm not even including in the tens of thousands I paid for the 2010 donor and DCT and labor, etc.

I've rebuilt the suspension three times so it has about 20k or so on it really. It has brand new 20" vorsteiner 103 9.5/10.5 with new 275/305 PS4 tires with less than 200 miles. It has SPL toe and torque arms (heims replaced 1k ago), Bilstein EDC's, turner solid subframe bushes, powerflex and other upraded bushings and ECS front bar. It also comes with 2 EDC modules so you can have the perf. tune or regular. Performance is crazy stiff and awesome.

It has a custom tuned OS Gikken rear LSD with OS Gikken fluid that was over $4k as you have to have custom axles. I've spent thousands getting this right and it is awesome.

For engine It has an ESS vt2-650 kit and tune with custom remote ice tank with bilge pump (2nd pump) in trunk. I also added another edelbrock heat exchanger and the ESS one is new. It has race cats and Macht shnell primary delete with custom mandrell piping for cats and Megan exhaust with titanium tips (plus stock muffler too) It has all stock NA parts of airbox and intake, pulleys, injectors. It also comes with the 625 pulley and belts and a spare 650 belt.

Cosmetic and interior it has a Euro side marker delete front bumper with ARP lip, blacked out kidney and side grills, combox- office and coding, euro fog light switch, BMW performance spoiler, New AGM battery.

It has newer Hawk 5.0 HPS pads, ECS lines and SRF fluid.

I'm sure there's more stuff and have an excel spreadsheet that shows the breakdown for how I got the number. I'm also NOT including the price I paid for the donor motor and DCT so I think the price is pretty legit given the car basically has 30k miles on it.
