It's amazing how much Porsche prices have decreased from the 90s... That 1996 993 was $87K, which is equivalent to $120K today

I think it's true of many cars today is it not? I think the E36 M3 got over $40K at one point in 1998/1999. I'm sure my model was near $40K.

Yes, but especially of Mercedes-Benz and Porsche... BMWs didn't have as dramatic a price drop on their cars (which were much cheaper than MB at that time)...

Great thread

There was another thread where a member posted a picture of his Monroney Stickers in a picture frame inside his house.

Makes me wish i could keep that initial memory, but i've never bought a car brand new yet so no window stickers

A few weeks back Lime Rock hosted a PCA event and Danbury Porsche had a 2011 GT3 on display. I figured it couldn't hurt to grab a quick memo for Santa . . .

Also, hit a Ferrari event on 06.19.11 that hosted Italian marques and grabbed this Lamborghini sticker (image worked & cropped for legibility)
