Default Supercharged vs GTR

Anyone with a S/C kit beat GTR's? or other high end cars? If so how much HP are you pushing and which kit do you recommend?

there's no SC kit that will make your car fast enough to catch up to a GTR in a 1/4. by the time you're even spooling any real boost you're a bus length behind.

Active kits make over 500whp which should be enough to keep up with a GTR rolling.
