Default Re: RHD E46 header question

Hi guys,

Just ran into this going the other way (fitting LHD to RHD) and while I have yet to find the specific answer as to what the difference between the two actually is I did notice on the Realoem schematics that the protective cover (number 3 on the diagrams) are different part numbers for LHD and RHD drive cars (11627831781 11627831352).
I wonder if this may hint at different stud patterns or something similarly mundane perhaps and if so could shed some light on the manifold question?

RHD headers will fit LHD cars. LHD headers will not work on RHD cars.

Looks like the only difference for the cover is that the RHD one has a clip for some wire.

Why are you trying to use LHD headers?

Default Re: RHD E46 header question

Either ****ING WAY, US e46 m3 owners buy non-us euro headers.

RHD or LHD works.

Why would a european m3 owner buy the same ****ing headers in a RHD version.
