She picked up a Tamron 2.8 17-50mm VC lens (about 2 months ago) which is pretty good, but a tad slow in low light situations. Shes getting into event photography so we felt this was the best bet. Of course there is a new Nikon 2.8 70-200mm VRII out, but that was in the $2k range and I feel this ones gives a great bang for the buck.

By the way, my car is filthy. This wasnt a planned photo shoot. I havent washed it in weeks, which I am embarrassed to say.

I've spent the past two days reading through this thread from page 1 to 151.

What an evolution. One of the more entertaining and informative threads here on the board.

Hi Caesar,

Just curious about how all is going with the car. Any track events so far since your last update?
Cheers / Alex

Hey Guys. Been a while. Car is running well. Havent done anything to it. Went for 3 track days this season and the car ran great. Running the Nitto's again which are great out there. Last few months have been extremely busy on my end so I apologize for lack of updates. Will keep everyone posted!
