Default Pictures of my new '97 Techno Violet M3

As this is my first post on the forums I thought it would be proper to introduce myself. My name is Sadiq Chaudhri and I'm a full-time student at the University of Kansas and in the OCS program for the Marine Corps. Awaiting my commissioning as a 2nd Lieutanent when I graduate in spring of '07.
Finally got my E36 M3 a week ago, and boy do I love it. I've drooling over one for quite sometime so it still amazes me when I look in the garage and see this gorgeous Techno Violet M3 sitting there. The car is strictly a weekend car and will be used for SCCA Autocross and KCBMW club road racing events so basically it will be enjoyed not used for transportation. I only have a few pics that I took today in the garage since it was cold and rainy outside today. Don't worry, I'll have tons of pics up later when I get a few coats of Zaino on her!

This is the first pic I took of the car at the previous owner's house....

This Pics were from the garage today...

Welcome to the club! Very nice M3 you've got there. That Techno-Violet is awesome, I own one too. Your paint looks like it's in top condition. Congratulations on the purchase.

I cringed when I saw that beautiful car sitting in the garage and then noted the top-heavy shelf unit next to it. I would be inclined to move those nasty shelves away from such a nice car. Good luck with the car. ///Matt

Thanks, and that's a very good suggestion! I park on the other side of the shelf and moved the car to one side for the pictures sake but you're right that doesn't look too safe!

Congratulations on a great purchase and also thanks for your service to our great country! How many miles does she have and how much did you pay for her? Looks like she is in tip-top shape from the pics.
