Default Zaino Tips and Tricks

Just go talk to Frosty about it. For what its worth IMO Zaino is awsome for a DD car especially if it is kept outside, and the result is extremely impressive. Its hard to compare it to wax considering a wax with comparable results will be much more expensive anyways, nor last as long.

Use a 1 oz plastic syringe (packaged / sold as marinade injectors).. They are marked off in increments of 1/4 oz. (and ml) pour the Zaino and the appropriate number of ZFX into the syringe; shake it up. Since the syringe self-cleans due to the plunger, there is zero waste

2 questions:

First, I have an alpine white E93. I recently did a full on detail and used Zaino for the first time. The problem I have is when I put the Z2 on I can barely see it. The first coat I used sparingly like I was suppose to even though I couldn't see it at all. I just hoped I got full coverage of the vehicle. When it dried I realized there were huge gaps. The next coat I wound up using much more than I should (almost two ounces) just so I could see where I applied it, and even then looking at an extreme oblique angle, sometimes I could not see where I applied the polish. Any tips on how to make the polish more visible when applying?

Secondly, anyone have tips on removing wax on top of several coats of Zaino? -
I am going to be showing my car and was thinking that a wax finish on top of around 10 coats of Zaino would give it an ultra thick, ultra reflective shine. I was also thinking about doing it again before the harsh NY winter, to give added protection to the vehicle (even though I do garage her). If I did this how would I remove the wax coat in order to apply more Zaino? I know many people on here will just tell me to not bother with the wax, just humor me on this one please. Thanks!

As noted above, dishwashing detergent will remove the wax but not the Zaino.
