simple maths puts your bump travel at 2.1", assuming 1.5" droop.
the available bump travel of spring is 2.4", therefore you've got 0.3" of leeway.

only way to confirm irl is to measure actual.

What do you guys think about building koni fsdís for the m3 with flat ride 300/600 springs? They would be a bit under pressurized for the m3 traditionally but flat rise kinda wants the least damping needed.

The internal valving is very legit for road trip and occasional track use. I had them on my 330ci Zhp and really liked them. I added an m3 vert front sway bar and the car was balanced enough to lap a few e46 Mís at woody creek track.

I think these Koniís can be picked up for $400 used and $600ish new, threaded sleeves would be another $100-200.

Can the GC street camber plates be run with non m struts? Iím saving/plotting a set of MCS 2wnr and wouldnít want to divert to much funding to experiment with this but if it works out it could happily push off the mcs investment a year or more.

I set my ride height based on droop travel, so I'm exactly there

How do you calculate this, or what measurements are necessary? Thx

Easy answer: I measured my ride height at full droop, and then adjusted the ride height such that I had the amount of droop travel I desired (static ride height - full droop ride height = full droop travel)

Harder answer: I also made my own shock mount inserts to position the top of the shock where I wanted it, such that I'm at my desired ride height at my desired level of droop travel.

Guys, so I've changed my front springs from 525 to 300 keeping rears at 550. I have trying to figure out what would be a better setting for my front Hotchkiss from bar. At med setting my numbers are as in attached pic, where FRC is 72%. If I put it to stiff, FRC would go to 74%. How this would affect the car, what would be a better number for more balanced car behavior?

^75% should be neutral. Start there, see how it feels. If it's too understeery for you, go to 72%.

Thank you! If you donít mind me asking here. With the springs 525x6Ē I went with 300x7Ē and installed new wheels 18/265/35 replacing stock staggered 19s. Do you think aesthetically front needs to be dropped a little bit and back raised (before I take it for corner balance)?

That looks pretty good to me.

Below ~13.5" front, 13" rear (centercap to wheel arch) you get into pretty significantly compromised suspension geometry if you don't take corrective measures (parts).

Thank you got it . One thing bothers me that wider front wheels throw small rocks that you can hear hit side in the car, especially in the turns. That I did not expect
