Default Leatherique Rejuve for a couple days - too long?

I'm heading out of state and decided to rejuve the seats so when I get back, they are ready to be cleaned and have sat long enough for even the worst issues to get better. My only concern is most say to leave on the seats for 24 hours or so. I just put it on today and wont be back until Sunday night. Is this too long to leave rejuve on? Is there a such thing as keeping it on the seat for too long? We are talking 5 days here. Weather isnt as hot as it used to be but we should see upper 70's and mid 80's a few times this week....

checking one page online, it says the following about prestine clean:

Prestine Clean will not remove the Rejuvenator Oil that has permeated into the leather. This process may be used on vinyl areas to soften and condition. Even flexibility on rubber window trim can be maintained with Leatherique Prestine Clean.

Should I be concerned?

thats a pretty long time to let it sit. Is it parked in the sun or shade? Did you apply it already?

yea its already applied. but car is sitting in a shady area with 35% tints. we are supposed to get rain. i dont think enough heat will build up to make it as toasty as when i did one earlier this year. Just wasnt sure what was considered too long.

I have prestine clean, a bucket of water and towels ready to clean off my seats.

I honestly don't have the answer for you even though I use and love Leatherique. I would suggest giving them a call (877-395-3366) and asking them. They would be able to give you the most definitive answer.

thanks for the number. i called and they gave me great news. it is fine to leave it on for a week. some people leave it in for an entire season. they would leave for entire winter and clean off when the westher gets better.

My question has been answered, thanks!

I think I will try it as well. I don't drive my M at all during the winter, so it sounds like this will be good for the leather.

I love my results! Seen an improvement and still want to do one more layer of cleaning before snapping pics.

Glad I found this answer. Weather temps aren't very good right now around here so I plan on leaving in the oil for a week or more (now that I know I can).
