At a little cross road right now.
Still havent jumped on the carbon roof yet.
Deciding what i should do.

E88s
P54 cf box
Or cf roof.

Not too sure. I found a p54 box but im unsure if the listed price is for the whole box or just half of it. No pictures either.
Should have an answer by monday.
If the p54 box is complete at the price i found it for ill most likely go for that.
If not i might just save the extra money and get the e88s and then get a geoff box or something. Monday will be the decider. Cf roof will prob be put off for another month or so depending on what happens.

All in all im glad i didnt spend a lot of money on an exhaust setup. I feel like it all would have been a waste in the end.
i got a new section 2 in decent condition a good condition oe section 3 for free from my neighbor, i have my euro headers which will be ceramic coated in white lightening
And for my section one i have my oe with a ar20 in it. Will most likely do euro cats as well.
Going to vband every flange too haha. I hate rusty things. And the oe flanges are rust magnets. That exhaust should be nice and quiet and the cf box will drown out all the rice hahah.

Ill post better pics of the mason bar too.
Im kinda eh about it tbh.

Lastly ive been getting sht lately on why im building this car in such a ass backwards way. its mostly due to school. When i go back in the fall i wont have the time nor will i want to work these insatiable hours. The things i do for car parts smh.
So yea itll be easier to sneak a hour or 2 here or there to install and work on the car then it would be to 40+ a week with school/gym/social life attempts.
If i can get the big stuff now and install later it works out for me. I get what i want in the time frame i want it in!

The only things i have left on my to do list are

Wheels.
Air box.
Cf roof.
996 bbk? Still have to do alot of research on this.
Coilovers
I hate these bcs they suck haha. My orignal opinion was right. For street use atleast. I could see them being decent at a track or somewhere smooth haha.

Other then that i dont really see what else id want to do or havent acquired yet.
Obviously little maintenance like valve adjustment full oe fluid flush and that little stuff but those arent really major nor are they mods. Important yes not diminishing their importance
In any way. just less costly and more in school budget friendly.
And like ive said before i dont drive the car. I have a daily so i have the luxury to put the maintenance stuff on the back burner. Its great to be able to buy all the big stuff and not have to worry about grenading your car on the way to work cus you decided to buy the cf box instead. Nope not like that. It sits in my garage
: )

I drive it around the block every week or so just to keep the seals from drying up but thats it. No hooning on a car that needs lot of attention. Thats how things go pop!
So yea thats the end of my rant. Now when i post pictures of all my shiny parts i wont have to respond. Just take a look at post #102.

E88? P54 box!? Cf roof?? Find out next week. Or next month cus ill have to save some more haha.

Because they were never designed to be used as such, the S54 TBs don't very very good when converted to a drive by wire setup. It also results in some significant power loss at lower RPM, as more power is made with them partially open at lower air speeds.
