Default My M3 Sedan Conversion Journal

i have a ZHP thread over on ZHPMafia and will copy over most of the specs of the car as it sits but will just start off with the car currently on its journey to a Sedan M3 spec.

here is the current spec list of the car as it sits. My goal was to have an E46 that had as many or all options available to it that were possible.

My car was a pretty bare bones no options car except for HIDs. so i ended up retrofitting almost everything from heated seats, headlight washers, auto dim side mirrors, M3 folding mirrors, power sun shade, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, oem rear door shades, PDC, warning triangle....

once I got my ZHp where I wanted it or as far as i could go.. i wanted to go further with it considering I had converted the mechanicals to M3.. the only thing left was the body. i will post my initial list, a few pics and then add more posts for the progress to catch up.

Fenders are from 2M Autowerks, their Sedan M3 fender replicas.

they will need a little reworking near the A pillars and some block sanding

Very cool!

Fun to see bodywork happening, going from rough to perfect when all done.
