Default Quality LED interior light kit?

My car came with some cheap LED interior light bulbs and they've all slowly died or are flickering about to die. Im looking for a quality LED interior light bulb kit to replace the factory halogen bulbs but having a hard time finding one from a reputable brand/company. I searched the forum and the threads were all a handful of years ago, and so I wanted to see what you guys recommend for a quality LED interior light kit, something nice and reliable that looks like modern OEM seen on new cars.

Default Quality LED interior light kit?

If Tapatalk doesnít destroy these attached pictures, hereís what I did:

It was a four bar RGB Setup all connected with long cable so I could route power in a loop through the middle console.

I fed power into the glove box were I power everything as well as the remote power switch which can change a variety of settings on top of having a mobile phone app that connects via Bluetooth to really customize what you want with the RGB setup.

Here is the brand I bought as Iíve been using their indoor home brand for all my office backlighting needs for over a year without issues:

Interior Car Lights, Govee Car LED Strip Light Upgrade Two-Line Design Waterproof 4pcs 48 LED APP Controller Lighting Kits, Multi DIY Color Music Under Dash Car Lighting with Car Charger, DC 12V

I installed mine with under seat location because I didnít want someoneís white shoes being lit up when theyíre in the car and light is mounted in the front firewall. Keeping an indirect source of light doesnít create hot spots and you can dim it to a perfect ambiance where itís not annoying but itís just there. Iíve programmed the light to a very slow cross fade of the tri-M colors. Itíll keep color for about 30 seconds and slowly switch to the next.

If youíre purist you can match exact amber or yellow of your speedo.

Have you tried looking up a company called Lasfit? I don't think they have a kit for our cars, but they are high quality and they come with a 1yr warranty. Best of all, they're made in USA.

Dude... i was just talking about replacing the factory halogen interior bulbs with LED ones LOL. Like the dome light and the ones in the rear c-pillars

Just order the bulbs individually. If you buy CANBUS bulbs they're typically made with a higher quality. Made in the USA doesn't matter much if the chips/parts all come from the same place.

I sell kits for all cars but I'm actually running low on quantity right now. Otherwise I'd offer to sell you a kit.

From what I've read and seen since I have some of their bulbs in my wife's car is that the bulbs have CANBUS chips in them.

I have cheap LED interior lights in my M3 and 911 Turbo.

Every single one still working fine. Dont remember exactly where I got them, but they weren't anything special.

I know I found them both as kits. I'm pretty sure the M3 kit was purchased from a site/vendor recommended here. Probably 8+ years since I put them in.

Probably just go try to find another cheap set from another brand?

I can't say the same for the $1000 LED DRLS I bought from Agency Power on the 911. Went through two sets (first under warranty) and now I'm probably putting the stock bars back in.

I would love to see a lighting solution that maybe doubled the amount of light inside but held a similar warm color temp. I find the ultra white/blue LEDs to be a little harsh and prefer maybe at most half way from stoic halogen to full white.

Try the kit sold at ECS Tunning, the brand is "ziza". I just installed them on my car and they look great.

I have this kit as well and it not only looks great, it brightens up the interior much more than the ugly halogen bulbs.

I've also had this kit for over two years now without a single issue.
