Default DSC Pressure Sensor 2 fault fix

Problem: in the last month or so on my 2002 (with MK20 DSC unit), on two occasions there have been 3-4 day periods during which the DSC light would come on intermittently while driving. No ABS light or brake light, just the DSC light. Once it comes on it usually stays on until turning the car off, and if I drive the car again soon after, it will usually be on as soon as I start the car again. If I let it cool down for a while, the light won't come on right when I start the car but will usually come on again after driving for a little bit. But then it stops doing this after a few days.

The first time this happened it went on for 3-4 days then stopped, and didn't happen again for about a month, then last week same thing happened, lasted 3-4 days, and now it's good again.

Checked codes in the DSC unit with INPA and got "Druck sensor 2 elektrisch defekt" (pressure sensor 2 electrical failure)

Doesn't seem like there's not a ton of info out there on this, but I found an old thread from a couple of years ago where someone had this problem and there's a bit of info on how to replace the sensor: http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=270125

I'm wondering if anyone else around here has had experience with this issue and maybe was able to fix it without replacing the sensor (it's a pricey piece)? Like maybe you found a bad seal somewhere or the MC needed a bleed?

Brakes were flushed a few thousand miles ago by a reputable shop in the Atlanta area. Any chance they didn't bleed properly?

Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on what to try before replacing the sensor, or any tips on doing the actual job, I'd appreciate hearing it

I had this last week, but i did clear codes and it never came back yet,
although my unit is MK60, it's same principle. (i have 2005 sedan with S54).
But yesterday after i replaced brake line and refresh fluid, i take the car for test drive and after 2 time the ABS kick in the front brakes totally lucked! it's take 4-5 minutes and pressing the pedal few times to make it release again... i think it's the ABS unit.

I had my pressure sensor code come up when my DSC light came on while driving. There would be times where I had zero traction control while driving for days at a time.

I finally pulled the electrical plugs to the DSC pressure sensors as well as the DSC ECU as well. I just unplugged and plugged many times in a row to make sure it got a clean connection. I also banged on the two sensors with a wrench which Iím not sure if that helped. LOL. Iíve never had the DSC light come on every since it happened a year ago.

My DSC and brake light typically only come on during hot days. I have two new sensors, but getting to them seemed like a PITA.
