Not sure if this would help, but try calling shops that specialize in installing clear bra. My assumption is if they are knowledgeable enough on installing clear bras, they should know how to remove them.

I can't imagine any body shop not being able to do it
I just did it for my friend, by hand using basic detailing products.

How bad is it? Yellow and de-laminated from the film? Pretty sure any detail shop/clear bra installer can remove it depending on severity.

If it is in decent condition then heat gun/steamer to peel it off then hit it with 3M automotive adhesive remover will work.

Last resort would be a body shop to peel off and or sand off the film and repaint.

https://uniqueautofilms.com/

They are familiar with E46 M3's. I used to work there a few years ago.
