sad thing is this was by hand and there detailer (to get the scratches out)said don't worry i work on $150,000 cars all the time..I said look at my car you cant even wash it..Then after all the so called scratches were out they call me to pick up my car with fiberglass and metal shavings on it and said we had it done but the construction guys worked over the weekend..The moral of the story is don't let them wash it by hand or machine wash(this dealership any ways)

The bright side is I get free inspection with every recall with a long list of to do's.

Yes. It started out as a letter, and progressed to the folding poster, and multiple phone calls.

sorry, but I cringe at the thought of a dealer tech that I don't know putting a wrench on my cars, sometimes it just unavoidable, as in this case.

Where did you look this up? I need to do it--I've had both front airbags done previously, but, I guess it might need it again?

This is the main reason I still haven't taken my M3 in to get the airbag recall done. Such BS you have to deal with this!

I have saved them all. I have 50 or so including the large airbag one. That one states they have a mobile service which I thought "Sweet I don't have to deal with going to the dealer" but they only do the drivers side and not the passenger side airbag. UGH
