Yes! I get a letter every 3 weeks. Recently they have started calling me once a week about it.

They sent me an xmas card.

They sent me a postcard with Morgan Freeman on it telling me how concerned about my safety he is.

My airbag recall experience 3 weeks ago, after they were done they asked to wash it and i said not through the machine and he said no will Hand Wash it and they did first two pics(whole car was scratched) after whole front half just got resprayed....Then after so call detail there were still scratches.so then after he tells me its ready they bring the car to me looking like the last two pics..So for me i will never let them wash my car and left note with my service adviser saying never wash it if its in for work..

Called the Dealer and Yup! I'm on the list. Scheduled for January 31st for my Second go round with Airbags. Can't believe this is the Second time I have to go in and have these replaced.

Yeah, after working at BMW I highly advise anyone taking their car in for service to not have your car washed...hell, even letting the porters drive the car is iffy in my books aha. Most dealers have old machines that are rarely cleaned and can really do serious damage to your paint.

After working at a dealership for years I really don't want my car in the hands of some kid making $10 an hour. I was that kid once, I know what I would have done with an M3 lol.

$9.50 / hour at my dealership. It dumbfounds me. If youíre going to entrust someone with a combined million+ dollars worth of cars every day, at least pay them better & be more selective in your hiring process. Same thing goes for the wash, if youíre going to be washing dozens of upper five figure to six figure cars per day itís probably worth investing in a wash that doesnít damage the cars.
