It sounds like a bad dsc module if it comes back. The last car I worked on with a similar issue was a 330zhp. It kept throwing abs and dsc codes for the rr wheel sensor. Turned out replacement of the abs module fixed it.

Id say thats a possibility, but as soon as stocks go on no issues to be found. A module cant be bad for one set of wheels and now another.

Default Will the e46 dsc not accept a 275/35 rear and 265/35 front?!?

Well I put back on stock wheels but this time the rears so 19x9.5 with 275/30 tire and issue went away. However front wheel speed sensor codes stayed. So now Im just lost. Those codes must not be causing the issue unless I just need to drive more for codes to leave.

Stretching to help, but in cases like this sometimes you need to follow each sensor and check to make sure there's no dust/dirt/etc? If you can unplug, clean and plug them back? Could be a marginal part and any change (i.e. new wheels) is enough to throw them off?

I cleaned off the part that goes into hub but not sensor itself. Maybe Iíll give it a shot.

Clean the sensor. Junk buildup will cause false readings...

Also look into the sensor hole with a flashlight and see that u see the toothed wheel and rotate it to make sure itís clean and if itís got buildup then use some brake klene to get it clean.

And make sure that itís the same distance all the way around. And both sides need to match. I have seen the toothed wheels come off and cause a issue.

Brake kleen you can usually just wipe it off with a rag but to clean the electrical plugs with electronics contact cleaner itís at auto parts stores. But yes I have seen the rings on the hubs come off or get lopsided and it wonít read right.
