Default Re: ABS Pump Bleeder Nipple?

That might explain why the local wrecking yard pump had a hard line on it and not a bleeder nipple...

Yup, my 95 has a hard line in that spot. My 97 has the bleeder.

ASC on the 97 vs no ASC on the 95?

The early cars have a 3 channel system ie the rear wheels are controlled in tandem, whilst the later cars use a 4 channel system. So pump must be different

To confirm, only the 96+ E36 M3 has a bleeder at that location.

For those cars, we're getting closer to producing complete modification kits for this bleeder relocation. Prices will be reasonable, as we're not looking to get rich off of this or anything mostly just to recoup our time and tools + machining.

This will include clear instructions with appropriate high quality components for your car that also include mounting solutions.

I do not follow your diagrams. There never was a 95 328i, in that year the top non m E36 was the 325i

I just used the information provided by RealOEM:

It's possible that's incorrect, of course.

Maybe US was later. Just as with the M3.

Still making progress on this.

Used a coathanger to get the line routing and then measured it with a string.

EDIT: It's hard to tell in the video, but the line clears the connector and will route under the wiring.
