Ok I get where you're coming from. Either way, sounds like the KWs would be superior with their warranty benefits. Maybe I'll be able to pick up a nice set of V1s or V2s over Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I can't remember if I saw them go on sale last year or not.

If I could find a great deal on a set of Bilstien PSSx, I may consider them, as well.

Thanks for the input

Did you consider any other coilover setup at the time of purchase?

I had the exact same experience.

But I am now moving to linear SWIFT coil springs and TC Kline SA Koni proprietary shocks. My TCK plates have mono ball spherical bearing. Same for the BCR's

I had Turner camber plates with the KW's and Buna N rubber mount. I am not a fan of spherical bearings in the street.

But maybe with the SWIFT springs (448 lbs) up front, my ride may turn out to be great. I hope so.
I will post a thread when I do this. Rotors first for my Brembos. Then the TCK installation.

Have you considered TCK with Linear Springs? Particularly the SWIFT springs?

I always thought of my KW V2's as "learner" coilovers. I did like the very much, however.. I wish I had the TCKs installed to compare them for you.

I like the simplicity of KW’s to be honest. I don’t want to get in too deep, picking out springs etc. That, and I’m honestly not the best judge of quality coilovers feel like some of you guys are. Rather have KW give me their representation of a good street setup than me pretending to know what I’m looking for and potentially going over my head.

KW V2's only adjust rebound, not dampening. So that's one thing to keep in mind.

I went V1, and actually regret not going v2 mainly for the rear. I have the v1's lower than recommended and the rebound in the rear is too soft imo. They still ride great and i absolutely love them, but i'd go v2 if i were to do it again. I may actually upgrade to v2 in the rear when the v1's go bad.

But again, my ride height has a lot to do with it. If they were raised up a bit the v1's would be absolutely perfect.

FYI, I will be posting a used set of KW v2 with less than 3,500 miles for sale tomorrow. I moved to GC was because I'm in a vert, which is considerably heavier, an need higher spring rates. Otherwise they are a nice all-around simple solution. I would not recommend these for a vert owner as KW doesn't differentiate their springs for vert vs coupe.

So now that ecs lowered the bilstein price again should I pony up the extra $200 and get the pss10 or just get the KW? It's a street car

I'd only get the PSSs for their dampers, and run linear springs. If you're not going to do that, KW is good.

I'm in the same boat exploring my suspension options.

Top contenders at the moment:
1) PSS10 with Swift linear springs 9k front, 11k rear
2) Fourtune Auto 500 with linear springs 9k front, 11k rear
3) KW V2s
4) BC Racing coilovers

Oddly, I'm leaning more towards the Fourtune Auto coilovers w/ swift springs. And as a budget second choice, BC Racing coilovers... but I don't know if I could ACTUALLY put them on my car being Taiwanese.

I like the KW V2s because the warranty and I could see these going on sale over Black Friday.

Ugh too many decisions

Rule out the bc’s bro, just do it right the first time. KW and Bilsteins are the only choice for me from your list.
