Wait until you compete your State taxes lol. California has great weather...but that's it. Businesses are leaving here because of the ridiculous taxes, and you cannot afford a home here on a single 90K income unless you want to live in BFE Beaumont, CA.

I'll take my chances in Colorado in 2019 lol

Alas... there are enough 'minor' inconveniences to add up into an unmanageable bureaucratic nightmare. I might miss the weather, but that's it.
Born in San Jose, lived whole life here, don't even recognize the place anymore. Outta here next year!

Colorado is a nice place, but to each their own. Not to take this OT, but I'm not sure what the problem with CA taxes are. Also, I don't know about businesses fleeing by any means, "In the 2014-17 period, California added 51,835 companies of all sizes (a 2.3 percent gain); next was Florida, up 49,107 (2.6 percent); Colorado was third up 18,237 (4.0 percent); and Arizona was No. 4, up 18,132 (4.6 percent).

Nationally, the company count actually shrunk by 473,185 (2.5 percent) as small business sharply declined. And worst in the nation? Pennsylvania, down 44,218, a drop of 5.9 percent." -Source

I would agree SJ sucks these days. Too much traffic, ego, and tech-bros. Thankfully I live in the North Bay. Granted, things have changed here a lot in the past few years too, but in my opinion it is still quite enjoyable.
