I basically had this exact same problem. When I first got my car, oil started leaking. Replaced the CPV o-ring but did not stop the oil. Being a noob, I took it to a dealer who diagnosed it as a $5000 head gasket repair. The magnitude of that number made me do my own research. Ended up being the exact same bolt as the OP, the timing guide bolt. Took out the water pump and replaced it myself for maybe like 70$.

Ever since then, I do everything myself. Even when it requires new tools and a ton of learning. It absolutely appalls me how these dealerships rob people of their money. Can't imagine how many helpless victims gave in and spent 5k on this common type of leak.

I have similar looking oil leak. Replaced the bolt above with a new washer, replaced the Chain tensioner washer, still leaking from somewhere else.
