Ultimately, I couldn't buy the e9x and I still can't sell my e46.

If I only could own one, and would be DD'ing it? E9x no brainer. (assuming the pole is based on this)

If it was a weekend/classic car? e46, but only because it looks nicer, IMO.

As soon as I'm good and ready, I'll add an e9x to the garage, mainly because nothing in its class/price is better, and because S65 w/ 6spd

Race/track car: E46
DD: E46
Weekend: E46

If someone could develop a rod bearing solution for the E92, I would consider buying one to daily, only after installing fixed back seats and valvetronic exhaust. The E92 would be boring and uncomfortable otherwise. Stock vs stock, for me the E36 is a better daily than an E92, hence why I own one.

weekend: e46
DD: e90, hands down.
track: need both!

in the end, if you can only have one and plan to keep it forever then e46

E90 M3 because the only 4 door, I could settle for an E36 Sedan if forced, but I hate the interior on those. Not interested in 4 seat coupes, but if that's a requirement, then M6 GC.
