Do you happen to have photos of, or can recall, where you used the 4 black washers and the 2 supplier spacers?

Since I installed these for the OP...

The spacers go between the front of the side mount and the outboard slider, IF you're not using the sub strap mount.

The black washers go between the factory nut/tension washer and the slider in the rear, where the side mounts attach to the slider.

Just wired up the window switch but am concerned about the switch illumination light staying on. I locked the car and waited for the gauge cluster lights to go out. When they did the E30 seat/window switch remained lit.

Attached shows my wiring. Did I goof somewhere?

Nevermind -- it's right there in the directions! Remove the bulb from the switch!

Exactly! And be careful when you're pulling the switches apart - I managed to cut my finger pretty deep when the final retaining clip gave way
