RHD headers would be slightly different to clear the steering column. On another forum someone bought LHD headers for a RHD E46 non-M and they didn't fit.

don't want to make things more complicated than they are, but I just ordered some supersprint v2 stepped headers and euro cats for my system. Got the supersprint for $1200 from custom performance. 15 more HP and all the bungs I need.

I have to piggy back on that and say Euro headers would be cheaper in his favor and gettig the bungs welded on..

I want to relocate my secondary o2 sensors behind the secondary cats so I don't need extra bungs. This should end up being about $1000 all in installed for very similar performance gains, assuming they fit.

To answer your question. Yes Rhd euro headers will fit on Lhd car. Only difference is there is a dimple on the last pipe to clear the steering. Been on my car for more than a year now no problems! I have a nice set of Euro cats with less than 10k miles if your interested.
